This new division represents a bold step by Pinesoft. We are offering to have a look at issues or process problems that may exist in an organisation and improve them, fix them or create a version that actually does what it said on the original tin!

Swiss Post ask Pinesoft for help

Hearing of our New Product Development By Request service, Swiss Post asked us for some help with a process issue that was costing them time and money.

With a high volume of Mail Bagging work Swiss Post had for quite some time been irritated and hugely slowed down by the need to re-write, by hand, and address label for each and every mail bag that they put through.

Unhappy with existing solutions yet seeing a clear need in the industry for a rapid scan to print label duplicator that actually works, Swiss Post asked if Pinesoft's development teams could come up with an innovative solution as an alternative to existing ineffective devices.

As a result we created MBagger - and Swiss Post are delighted. In fact Mark Smith (Revenue Protection and Quality Manager at Swiss Post) reported:

Pinesoft business growth leads to office move

As the UK's leading supplier of software solutions to the Mail Express, Logistics and many other sectors,our growth has required our relocation to larger premises in Holborn, Central London.

High profile client wins, and growing demand from existing clients, have led the organisation to expand the number of Agile software development teams, resulting in the demand for more office space.
